The premise is simple. Interpret traditional nursery rhymes visually, in a 'film noire', contemporary, and downright wicked way. Each nursery rhyme will be portrayed by a triptych, within which the central image will support the basic narrative of the rhyme. Each rhyme is turning into a comparatively big budget shoot as we work on styling the shoot and developing the story to fit in with the recent real world.
The first shoot planned - and you can read about the planning on the blog - is Little Miss Muffet, and in various stages of pre-production are Humpty Dumpty (an alcholic, drug abusing skinhead), Jack and Jill (heading up the hill for more that just water?), and Baa Baa Black Sheep (the local neighbourhood teenage dealer of stuff that should be kept off the streets).
